On being a Democrat.
When I moved to New York in July of 2010 I was proud to register as a Democratic Party voter for the first time.
As the budget battle wages on and the two parties continue to point at each other like a group of 3 year olds, even after the dust is settling, I am becoming less inclined to register as a Democrat in my new state.
